FOHMSS SOLUTIONS is a Partnership Firm providing cloud-based ERP software (FOHMSS ERP) to Indian MSMEs. This policy explains how we handle your data in compliance with Indian law.

4. Data Storage & Localisation

All data is stored exclusively on Google Cloud Platform, Mumbai region (asia-south1) — within India, compliant with data localisation requirements under DPDP Act 2023.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Government authorities as required by law (GST, Income Tax, EPFO)
Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure hosting) — within India
Payment processors for subscription billing (if applicable)

No data is shared with third-party advertisers or marketing platforms.

6. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

Right to access: Request a copy of your personal data
Right to correction: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Right to erasure: Request deletion — submit at fohmss.in/legal/data-deletion
Right to grievance: Contact our Data Protection Officer — response within 48 hours
Right to nominate: Nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf

7. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of your active account plus 7 years as required by Indian tax laws (Income Tax Act, GST law). After account closure, personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Financial records are retained for the statutory period.

8. WhatsApp Communications

We send WhatsApp notifications only to users who have explicitly opted in. All messages are transactional (order alerts, payment reminders, GST filing reminders). You may opt out at any time via Settings → WhatsApp Alerts.

9. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking, advertising or third-party cookies are used on FOHMSS ERP.

11. Changes to This Policy

We will notify users of material changes via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect.
